The
National Sports Council has announced that the Gambia Wrestling Association
will hold an elective and adoptive congress on Saturday 4 February 2017 at the
Independence Stadium Friendship Hostel in Bakau.
This
followed the dissolution of the Association’s executive by the NSC.
Meanwhile,
each of all registered clubs are kindly requested to forward two (2) delegates
and three from the Regional Wrestling Committees.
Furthermore,
it added, nominations will be done at the congress for all positions to be
contested for.
