Thousands of Talibees (followers) and others believers from different religious denominations on Wednesday, February 3rd converged in Touba, Senegal, to grace the 118th Magal of the exile to Gabon in 1885 of Serign Touba, commonly known as Hadim Rassol and Amadou Bamba Mbacke.
Apart from different celebrations by various Diarras, there was a main exhibition depicting the life and teachings of Serign Touba.
As part of this year's celebration, a monument with an inscription of Bisimilai Rahman Rahim (the first chapter of Holy Quaran) in front of the grand mosque in Touba, with a fountain spilling water into the air, was inaugurated, and the new Touba TV was also inaugurated.
