Bojang of the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court on 27 May 2015, convicted one Fatou
Fatty and sentenced her to a fine of D500 in default to serve one month
imprisonment, following her plea of guilt on a count of common assault.
He cautioned and discharged her on a count of contempt.
Prosecutors alleged that the convict, Fatou Fatty, entered the courtroom where the prosecutors were seated to formally lodge a complaint of provocation.
While being counseled by one of the prosecutors, she walked out quickly and pounced on one Isatou Bah and assaulted her all over her body.
