Fakebba Kujabi, a third year student at the University of The Gambia is seeking support from organisations and individuals to pay for his final year education.
In an interview with The Point, Kujabi, who is majoring in English Language, appealed for help to complete his studies.
Speaking to this reporter, Fakebba said he was admitted at the university in 2008. However, for the past three years he struggled by himself to pay his tuition fees.
According him, since last year he stopped going to school due to financial constraints.
“I have done all what I can to settle my bills, and now I’m exhuasted,” he lamented.
“All those that I was enrolled with have finished, and some are now working,” he added.
Kujabi finally appealed to government, NGOs, private sector, and individuals to come to his aid.
“I have kept silent for a long time, and now I am left with no option but to speak out for help,” he said.
Meanwhile, anyone who wants to give a helping hand to Kujabi can contact him on 3841541 or 6106209 or better still send an email to thepoint13@yahoo.com.
