Lamin Sanyang and Muhammed Danso recently appeared before Magistrate E. Jaiteh of the Brikama Magistrates’ Court, charged with stealing a ram.
According to the particulars of offence, the accused persons, Lamin Sanyang and Muhammed Danso, on 8 September 2015 at Faraba Bantang village in the Kombo East district of the West Coast Region, stole a ram valued at D8,000, being the property of one Munina Jammeh.
When the charge was read to them in the language they claimed to understand, they denied it and were granted bail in the sum of D15,000 each.
