Musa Suwareh was convicted and sentenced after being found liable for stealing from a dwelling house.
The charge sheet read in court stated that the convict, Musa Suwareh, on 27 March 2013, at Bakau, in the Kanifing Municipality, entered into the dwelling house of one Margaret Wilson and therein stole three suitcases containing wearing apparatus valued at D10,000, the property of the said Margaret Wilson.
