A magistrate court in Bundung on 23rd July 2010 heard a criminal case of assault causing actual bodily harm brought against one Abib Faal of Tallinding.
According to the particulars of offence, on 11th July 2010, at Tallinding, the accused, Abib Faal assaulted one Mariama Mendy by hitting her with a chair on the head, and as a result caused her injury.
The presiding Magistrate Surahata Danso adjourned the case to 7th July 2010 for continuation.
