Tailoring Machine Thief Docked

One Muhammed Kebbeh was on 23rd December 2008, arraigned before Magistrate Sagarr Jahateh of the Kanifing Magistrates' Court for stealing. He denied the charge.

According to the particulars of the offence, some 12 months ago the accused stole a tailoring machine valued at D50,000 being the property of one Daddo Mbye.

Magistrate Jahateh however granted the accused bail in the sum of D4000 with a Gambian surety.

1st Class 525 Jawo represented the IGP.

The case was adjourned to 8th January 2009.
