One Ousman Jarju, a resident of Sukuta Village was recently arraigned before Magistrate Surahata Danso of the Bundung Magistrates' Court, charged with assault causing actual bodily harm.
According to the particulars of offence, on 22nd April 2010 at Sukuta Village, in Kombo North, the accused, Ousman Jarju allegedly assaulted one Ebrima Bojang by stabbing him with a broken bottle, and thereby causing him injuries on his left hand and nose.
The accused who pleaded not guilty to the charge had his case adjourned to 14th June 2010 for continuation.
