A statement issued by the presidency announced Wednesday evening that Mr Sabally, who is already serving as Secretary General and Head of the Civil Service and as the Minister for Presidential Affairs, will also now serve as the new Minister for the Civil Service.
Sabally joined the cabinet in June 2013.
