Njie’s has fired Maccasa to slender victory in the 2016 Serrekunda East
Nawettan.
Maccasa
beat Juventus 2-1 in tricky fixtures played at the Serrekunda East Mini Stadium
to grab the vital three points at the expense of their opponents.
Macccasa
opened the tally t through Sering Njie in the 17th minute of the game from a
deflected shot to give his side the lead.
Moment
later Maccasa found themselves 2-0 ahead in the 57th minute of the game when
Sering Njie netted the second goal to complete his brace and dash Juventus’
hopes of coming back to their feet.
Juventus
reacted quickly for an equalizer and managed to pull one goal through Tijan
Jallow in the stoppage time, which eventually proved to be a consolation goal
for them.
