Saikou Gassama makes list for U-20 clash against Morocco

Gambia and Spanish club Real Zaragoza midfielder Saihou Gassama has been named in the final list of The Gambia U-20 team that will face Morocco in the CAF U-20 first leg match against that nation.

The team, expected to be reduced to 18, says the inclusion of Saihou will face their hosts on Friday 27 July.

GPA’s Saloum Faal, Mamout Saine of Seaview, Musa Yaffa of Brikama United, Samger star Lamin S. Samateh and others are part of the list.

The Junior Scorpions are scheduled to play against their hosts in Cassablanca on 27 July 2012 at 10pm.

Absentees from the team are Modou Njie-Sarr, Saikou Jawneh, and Sulayman Marreh, who were part of the initial 22 players that were training with team coach Lamin Sarr.

Eight team officials are part of the list for the Morocco clash.
