Malick Faal, a police officer attached to the Brusubi Police Station, was recently cross-examined in the theft case involving one Karamo Jobe before Principal Magistrate Ibrahim Kijera, of the Bundung Magistrates’ Court.
Testifying under cross-examination, officer Faal told the court that the house allegedly broken was plastered but not painted, adding that the part of the door broken was the padlock.
It was put to him that he was not speaking the truth, but the witness maintained that the said house was plastered but not painted.
He said they found the accused outside of the compound where they effected arrest on him.
The case continues.
