The annual Olympic Day run which was scheduled for 3rd July 2010, will now take place on July 10, according to the Gambia National Olympic Committee.
This event will be in the form of a road race (3k), volleyball Gala, Handball, and kids Athletics at the Olympafrica Centre Serrekunda East for school-going children within the centre.
The event, which is deferred due to the monthly clean-up exercise, will be staged through the courtesy of the Gambia National Olympic Committee, which is the ambassador of the Olympic Movement in the country, in collaboration with the Olympafrica Centre Serrekunda East.
