NISA final move to Friday

The eight edition of the National Inter- Department Sports Association final between Gambia Immigration Department and Gambia Ports Authority, which was initially scheduled for this Saturday at the Serrekunda East Mini-stadium has now been moved to Friday 4th June 2010.

Secretary-General Saikou B Jarjue yesterday told Pointsport that the main reasons for the change of dates is due to the fact that the Gambia Football Association wants to complete their league matches this weekend, and that all the matches will be played at differences venues to avoid delay.

He stated that the first match, the third and fourth place will kick - off at 3pm between Seaview and Gamtel, after which the final will commence at 5pm.

Mr. Jarjue pointed out that the final is expected to be graced by Managing Directors of various institutions of the twenty participating teams and officials from the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Gambia Football Association and the National Sports Council, among others.

He said the final is open to the general public and there is no fee gate free.
