A
new private radio station called Choice FM has started broadcasting in The
Gambia.
The
radio station, which transmits on the frequency modulation 106.4, is located at
Sanchaba Junction baa in the Kanifing Municipality.
According
to a letter signed by Basiru Jarju, station manager of Choice FM, sent to The
Point newspaper, the radio covers the Greater Banjul Area and the south and
north bank regions of the country.
In
the letter, the station manager said though the radio is new, it is “strong
enough to deliver professionally”.
“We

covering all walks of life in this country,” he said.
