One Omar Manneh was recently arraigned at the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court, charged with stealing from a person.
According to the particulars of offence, Omar Manneh, on 19 January 2012, at Bakau Independence Stadium, in the Kanifing Municipality, stole seven mobile phones all valued at D17,896, being the property of Amadou Jallow, Omar Sanyang and Mama Colley.
He denied the charge and was granted court bail of D50,000 with one Gambian surety with an ID card.
The case was adjourned until 15 February 2012.
