A man was recently arraigned at the Bundung Magistrates’ Court, charged with stealing a mobile phone marked Nokia valued at D900.
Lamin Cham denied the charge, and was subsequently granted court bail of D1,000 with a Gambian surety with a reachable address.
According to the particulars of offence, on 17 October 2011 at Nemakunku in the Kombo North district of the West Coast Region, the accused person, Lamin Cham, stole a mobile phone valued at D900, being the property of one Ebrima Njie, and thereby committed an offence.
The case continues.
