The theft case involving one Lamin Bah was recently adjourned at the Bundung Magistrates’ Court before Magistrate Landing Sanneh.
When the case was called, the prosecuting officer, Jarju, told the court the accused was absent from court, and it was the first time he was absent.
He told the court the accused was regular and used to attend court sessions.
He said based on those grounds, he was applying for an adjournment.
The case was consequently adjourned till 24 December 2012.
