Pa Modou
Sey, an accused person, was on the 30th December, 2008 , was arraigned before Senior
Magistrate Abdoulie Mbackeh of the Kanifing Magistrates' Court for stealing. He
was charged on two counts while prosecutor 870 Touray represented the
Inspector- General of Police.
