One Malick
Ceesay, a resident of Bakoteh was recently arraigned at the Bundung
Magistrates' Court before Magistrate Kumba Sillah-Camara charged with assault.

When the charge sheet was read to him in the language he claimed to understand, he pleaded guilty to the charge.
According to the police prosecutor, the incident happened on 18th November at Bakoteh. He said the accused shared with the complainant the same compound, where he assaulted the complainant. He added that the matter was reported to Bakoteh police station and that the complainant was escorted to Sukuta health centre for medical treatment.
