Magistrate Bojang of the
Kanifing Magistrates’ Court recently convicted and sentenced one Alieu Dampha
to a fine of D5,000 in default to serve six months in prison, after he was
found guilty of attempting to commit a felony.
The charge sheet read that on 2 September 2014, at Bakoteh in the Kanifing Municipality, he attempted to steal.
