The Kanifing Magistrates' Court, presided over by Magistrate B.O. Jobe, recently heard a charge of criminal trespass brought against one Alpha Dumbuya, a resident of Kanifing Estate.
According to the particulars of offence, sometime in the year 2009, at the Kanifing Estate, the accused Alpha Dumbuya unlawfully entered the compound of one Benning Marong.
The fact of the case revealed that, the accused was employed by the complainant as a watchman and had given him hard time, coupled with his unsatisfactory attitude, which culminated to his sacking.
It added that, the complainant moved to another place where the accused was again given her hard time.
He was subsequently arrested and taken to the police station.
The case was adjourned to 14th October 2009.
