According to the particulars of offence, on 17 August 2012, at Brufut Village, in the Kombo North District of the West Coast Region, the accused, Sheriff Comma, was found in possession of three bundles of suspected cannabis and thereby committed an offence.
He denied the charge and the case was adjourned till 17 September 2012.
