A man
called Bakary Gibba, accused of cattle theft, was Monday arraigned before
Magistrate Isatou Janneh of the Brikama Magistrates’ Court.
The particulars of offence stated that the accused, Bakary Gibba, on 23 July 2014, at Farato village, in Kombo North of the West Coast Region, stole a cattle valued at D17,000, being the property of one Alieu Jawo.
He denied the charge and was granted court bail of D25,000 with a Gambian surety.
