Kwame
house Saturday claimed the 2020 Gunjur Upper and Senior School inter-house
athletics competition title after securing 507 points in a well-attended event,
staged at the school’s football field in Gunjur on Saturday.
The
annual championship saw brilliant exhibition of skills and talents, attracting
spectators from Gunjur and its satellite areas.
Cabral came second with 505 points, Foday Sillah
third with 492 points and Samory fourth with 479 points.
The
School used the yearly competition to scout good athletes for the 2020 West
Coast Regional inter-house athletics heats and 2020 national inter-schools
competition set for later this year.
