Sources close to the judiciary informed The Point Judicial desk that Justice Haddy Roche of the Banjul High Court had been re-instated as a High Court judge.
According to the judicial sources, her re-instatement took effect from last week and that her name appeared in the court list of this week as Commercial Division Judge.
It could be recalled that three High Court Judges, Justice Haddy Roche, Justice B.Y Camara and Justice Naceesay Salla-Wadda were this year sacked.
