Halifa Sallah, a renown sociologist and member of the editorial board of Foroyaa newspaper and Abba Gibba, the Point's Assistant News Editor, who were on Thursday, 18th June 2009, arrested by officials of the National Intelligence Agency (NIA) were on Friday released on bail of D200, 000 each. They were asked to report back to the NIA's headquarters today.
