The Gunjur based-outfit were with 7 points before their clash with Farafenni Barrack soldiers after losing three matches in a row.
In the Thursday game which was played at the Jarra-Soma Mini Stadium, Gunjur snatched maximum points thanks to goals from midfielder Salifu Bojang alias Bapa and Bakary Touray alias Nfabou.
Gunjur United now bagged 10 points in seven league outings with three games in hand against Serrekunda East Bi, Samger and Jam City.
