In line with its mandate to normalize the state of Gambian football, the GFF Normalisation Committee has commissioned an audit report to look into the financial and management affairs of the former GFA.
The audit, carried out by renowned chartered accountancy firm Augustus Prom and Co, has since been submitted, including its findings, to the Normalisation Committee, a press release signed by GFF media officer Bakary B. Baldeh has reported.
The released added that in this light, the Normalisation Committee has set up an independent three-man Disciplinary Panel to look into the findings of the audit report and recommend to the Normalisation Committee, appropriate disciplinary action against persons found culpable by the audit report.
The general public will be duly informed of the recommendations of the Disciplinary Panel upon its submission to the Normalisation Committee.
