The traditional curtain-raiser, the Super Cup, between the league champions Real De Banjul and FA Cup champions Banjul United, is slated for 14 December 2014.

Banjul United won the West African Lotto Company Limited-sponsored GFF FA Cup title after beating Hawks 1-0 in the all-Banjul finals played at the Independence Stadium in Bakau.

United’s only goal in the game was scored by striker Pa Omar Babou inthe 87th minute of the match, after slashing
through Hawks’ defence to fire home the opener, which eventually proved to be
the winner, and clinched their first FA Cup title.
