A two-day course for coaches in the Gambia Football Association(GFA) first, second and regional leagues in both men and women categories, which was supposed to be conducted by a trainer from the UK has been cancelled, says Abdou Salaam Jammeh, CAF's Education Officer at the Gambia Football Association.
The course that was set to kick-off today at the Brikama Mini-stadium will not take place due to the volcanic ash affecting Europe, which has made it impossible for the course trainer, who was expected in the country ahead of the course to make it in Banjul.
The training, according to Salaam, is being cancelled until further notice.
