It is now official, former Gambian international Omar Sise has been named Africa Rush Technical Director .
In a confirmation letter dispatched to all Rush Soccer leaders Tuesday, the President and CEO of Rush Soccer, Tim Shultz while welcoming Omar to the Rush echelon, reveals that as director ,Omar will act as the conduit for operations between the US and Africa.
Rush which operates in 24 American states is the leading international brand for youth football development and exchange of soccer expertise around many places in the World. They operate in nine African countries across in West and Central Africa including Omar?s native, The Gambia.
Speaking to Gamsports, Omar expressed delight over the new responsibility: "I believed in the Rush concept and I will do all my best to ensure that Rush's lofty goals and objectives are achieved satisfactorily in all areas assigned to me." He thanked the Rush boss and all other leaders for the trust bestowed in him and looked forward to working.
