The Gambia National U-20 team has arrived in Rabat for their crunch 2017 African U-20 Youth Championship second round second leg clash with Morocco National U-20 team set for Sunday 12 June 2016, in Rabat.

Coach Omar Sise and his charges left Banjul on Monday for North Africa for their crucial clash with the Moroccans, who lost to The Gambia 1-0 in the first leg in Banjul on 21 May 2016.

The Darling Scorpions will hold series of training sessions prior to their Sunday’s crunch second leg tie with the Young Atlas Lions.

The Atlas Lions are also bracing their muscles, and are hoping of overturning the 1-0 deficit in the second leg on Sunday to progress to the final round of the qualifiers after losing to the Darling Scorpions in the first leg in Banjul on 21 May 2016.

Zambia are expected to host the continent’s bi-annual junior biggest football fiesta next year.
