The Gambia National U-20 team on Wednesday defeated current Gambia Football Association (GFA) division one league leaders Brikama United 2-1 in a friendly played at the Brikama Box bar Mini Stadium.
The friendly game was part of the Gambia National U-20's preparations for the 2011 African U-20 Youth Championship to be held in
Brikama United opened the scoring through striker Musa Bojang in the 23rd minute of the game after passing through Gambia National U-20 team defense line to gave his side the lead.
The Gambia National U-20 team fought back and levelled the score through centre-back Emmanuel Gomez in the 25th minute of the game from a brilliant header from Mustapha Jatta alias Baka's cross, before Alsanna Camara sealed the victory for the Gambia National U-20 team in the 68th minute of the game.
