The
Gambia national team yesterday lost to Ghana Black team B by 2-1 in a friendly
game played in Accra.
The
friendly match was part of the Scorpions preparations for the continent’s
biggest football showdown qualifiers awayto their fellow West Africans this
weekend.
Striker
Lamin Jallow’s lonegoal in the gamewas eventually proved to be a consolation
goal for the Scorpions, who are currently in Accra, Ghana for a five-day
training camp in preparation for their 2019 Africa Cup of Nations opener
against Benin on Sunday 11 June 2017.
