Gambia Must Pick a Point Against Algeria - GFA Prexy

As the Scorpions take on the Fennecs of Algeria today, The President of The Gambia Football Association, Seedy MB Kinteh, has said that The scorpions must collect a point or win in Algeria today due to the importance of the match which can boost the teams prospects in the campaign.

" Secondly, I am assuring all Gambians that nothing will happen to the boys. They will play and come back safely and by the grace of god we will win," he said.

 He said the team needs the prayers of all Gambians so that they can come out victorious.

The Referees that will officiate the match will come from Gabon; the Referee inspector from Egypt while the match commissioner is Egyptian.

He said the official time for the match is 19:30, 6.30 in The Gambia.

The Scorpions will play the Fennecs of Algeria in the second leg match of the World and African Nations Cup qualifiers, in Bilida at the Mustapha Tchaker Stadium in Algeria.
