Gambia Martial Arts Federation set for training course

Four athletes from the Gambia Martial Arts Federation will take part in a five-day martial arts training programme in the Senegalese capital Dakar from 1 to 5 December this year.

The training, which attracts interests from countries such as Mali, Mauritania, The Gambia and the host Senegal, is organised by the Senegalese Martial Arts Federation.

The training, according to the public relations officer of the Gambia Martial Arts Federation, Moussa Manneh, is intended to help trained athletes on the techniques of martial arts.

The technical director of the Gambia Martial Arts Federation, Muhammed Camara, will head the Gambian delegation that will leave the shores of the country on 29 November ahead of the eagerly awaited martial arts training course.

The trainer of the course, Pointsport understands, will come from Spain.
