One George
Smith a resident of Kololi was recently arraigned before Magistrate Kumba
Sillah-Camara of the Bundung Magistrates' Court charged with selling fake
animal vaccine.
According
to the particulars of the offence, on 2 June 2008 at Kololi, the accused attempted to
obtain money from one Aliman Jagana by selling fake animal vaccine to him. He
denied the charge.
In another
development, one Modou Lamin Saho was also arraigned before Magistrate Kumba
Sillah-Camara of the Bundung Magistrates' Court charged with stealing.
The
statement of the offence stated that on 16 May 2008 the accused stole from one Tida
Danso a bag containing books valued at D75. He denied the charge.
Both cases
were adjourned until 20th August 2008.
