He said the convict was driving a motor vehicle with the registration number BJL 1958E on the said high way.
He narrated that the Inspector General of Police was driving along that high way when he found a queue of which upon enquiring found that the accused was the one responsible for the long queue.
According to Sgt Jammeh the Inspector General of Police escorted the accused to the Wellingara Police Station where he was cautioned and charged with the offence committed.
Upon the accused person's owned plea of guilty to the offence he was convicted and sentence accordingly.
