The Gambia's renowned rap artist Doctor Olugander says he has completed all preparations to release a DVD clip tribute to the late South African reggae superstar Lucky Dube, who was killed by unidentified gunmen while driving his children to school in Johannesburg in 2007.

Speaking to Entertainment recently, Dr. Olugander said that the DVD clip tribute to the late Lucky Dube, who contributed immensely towards the development and promotion of reggae music in the continent and beyond, will be out in October 2010, and will be a Dr Olugander and Gander Production.

He announced that he has his own web site where people can access to his music online at www.olugandermuzik.com. He vowed to promote Gambian music to the best of his ability.

Dr Olugander commended President Yahya Jammeh for organising the festival, which he said will greatly develop and promote Gambian culture to higher heights.
