Dizzee Rascal is a man in demand these days. Having recently released a single with Shakira, Dizzee has now teamed up with Cheryl Cole to record a song for her upcoming second solo album.
The Girls Aloud and X Factor Starlet is set to release 'Messy Little Raindrops', the follow-up to last year's hugely successful '3 Words' on October 29.
According to The Sun, Cole recently went into the studio with Dizzee to collaborate on a track called ‘Everybody, Everyone’ which will be included on the record.
According to an unnamed source, "Cheryl approached Dizzee about working together and they managed to rattle this track out in record time for the new album".
"It was all Cheryl’s idea. She's a big fan of Dizzee and his collaborations with other artists. They got on really well and were on the same level."
"It was only a matter of time before the current king and queen of pop came together. They had a good laugh. Dizzee had a sparkle in his eye for her."
The album's lead single 'Promise This' is due for release on October 22, and will be followed by a track called 'The Flood'.
