According to him, while they were on the said land, they had a noise of a truck and the first accused person, Kang Dembo Janneh, went there to see who returned and told them to stop measurement and go home.

He said the 1st accused person further told them that some people were claiming ownership of the said land and they all went home.

Under cross-examination by the prosecutor, Cpl 2294 Lamin Jammeh, the accused, said the reason they left the land to go home was because they did not want any problem.
