Dawda Bah's HJK has progressed satisfactorily this year, in the Finnish Cup final after opponents IFK Marienhamn crashed out in the semis on Wednesday in a 3-0 scoreline.
Parikka opened the score in the 5th minute and Ojala and Westo added their names on the score sheet in the 66th and 75th minute to wrap-up what looks like a successful campaign for HJK.
The side has now set final clash with TPS, who also beat KuPS 2-1 in the other semi-finals.
In recent games, they have been extremely strong throughout the team, with tough fixtures against MyPa, Jaro, VPS, and semi-finals win.
Since the next Finnish cup match is not until the autumn, HJK can now focus on the Veikkausliiga league to keep up the same momentum in those games.
So far leaders, HJK, at 20 points, hunt for the league title continues in Sunday’s away match against Inter Turku FC.
Demba Savages FC Honka, who are three points behind Dawda and HJK, will host Tampere United also on Sunday.
