It was observed and found that during your match against Digi Dambi on Saturday, 20th September for placing banned substance on the goal post before the commencement of the match and restart of the second half which contravenes Article 19 of the General Matters 19:1:6 of the Nawetaan rules and regulations. As such, the team is fine D500 and warned that a repeat will result to heavier disciplinary actions.
DWAIN BI – EXPULSION AND FINE
After scrutinizing the referees report after your match against Ngoyan on Saturday, 13th September in which your players and officials violently attacked the referee and his assistance and used abusive language towards the Committee which have nothing to do with what happens in the field. Your actions were rude and disheartening and have brought the game into disrepute. By attacking the match officials that led to abandonment of the match which is in violation of Article 11 (11.11) of the rules and regulations and Article 19.1.10 of the General Matters, the score line of the match stands and the team is D2500 (two thousand five hundred dalasi) payable before your next match. Failure to pay will result to the team been expel from the Nawetaan. The players and officials whose behavior was totally rude and unacceptable are all suspended for two (2) years from all the activities of committee and are as follows: Players: Ousman Njie (Captain), Modou Lamin Touray, Abdoulie Sarr and Abdourahman Senghore and Officials: Badou Drammeh and Asiru Lamin.

Malick Joof one of the technical staff of Falcons is suspended from the bench, behind the bench, to enter dressing room and football ground for 3 consecutive matches as result of been sent off the bench for indiscipline and unruly behavior during your match against G-Unit on Tuesday 11th September.
He will not be also qualified to play for All Star during the period of the suspension.
