A hard working Gambian over the weekend defended his Master's Degree earning him the degree in the presence of Professor Beniamino and Gerard Chouin of the French Corporation The Gambia, at the Alliance Franco-Gambienne.

Moise Niouky who had suffered long for his hard-earned Masters defended it in the presence of Professor Beniamino from the University of Limoge in France and Gerard Chouin, Head of the French Corporation in The Gambia at the Regional Education Office in Kanifing.

Moise Niouky speaking on the theme "L'exclusion et la marginalite" based on the novel of a Cameronian, Leonora Miamo, reiterated before the jurors and a cross section of his family and French speakers at Alliance Franco-Gambienne that "the story's subject is about a sad history of a girl, Musongo, who was accused of living with demon and was excluded by her parents in their family circle. Later she fell in the hands of people who abuse children sexually for their rituals. She decided to know more on the activities of the criminals. And the story continues from that point".

The visiting professor and Monsieur Chouin were delighted with the defense set up by Niouky. The panel left to decide and came later to announce how pleased they were in his defense of the literature.
