A man accused of stealing was recently arraigned at the Bundung Magistrates’ Court.
Kekuta Ceesay denied the charge and was granted court bail of D7,000 with a Gambian surety who most swear to an affidavit of means and deposit an ID card with the court.
According to the particulars of offence, the accused, Kekuta Ceesay, on 23 December 2011, at Kotu layout, entered into the dwelling house of one Karamo Ballajo and stole one DVD Player, one television set and double sims cell phone, being the property of the said Karamo Ballajo.
The case continues.
