One Mustapha Marra, a Guinean national was Wednesday remanded at the Mile II State Central prison by the Bundung Magistrates' Court for manslaughter.
According to the charge sheet, the accused Mustapha Marra on the 20th of September 2007 at Wellingara, unlawfully caused the death of one Abdou Ceesay by stabbing him in the neck with a knife.
Meanwhile the court ordered for him to be remanded while making arrangements for the provision of assistance a legal counsel.
He is expected back in court on 29th July.
