Principal Magistrate Olajibutu Kayode of the Bundung Magistrates' Court had set 18th January 2010 as the date he is expected to deliver ruling on the no case submission made by defence counsel Assan Martin on behave of his client, Peter Paul Amberger.
The development follows the adoption of written briefs by both the defence and the prosecution on 30th December 2009.
The accused, Peter Paul Amberger is standing trial on two counts of unnatural offence and indecent assault. He denied both counts.
Count one, the alleged offence revealed that, the accused, Peter Paul Amberger, some time in 2008 committed an unnatural offence by having a canal knowledge of an under-aged boy.
While count two, alleged that, the accused had indecently assaulted an under boy without his consent.
