The Brikama Magistrates' Court on Wednesday last, refused one Basiru Faye an opportunity to gain his liberty during the period leading to his trial.
Basiru was this week denied bail and remanded in custody on suspicion of the stabbing of one Cherno Krubally of Lamin village in the Kombo North District.
He's alleged to have caused injuries to the waist, thighs, shoulders and back of his victim, with a knife.
Basiru's trial is due to come on soon.
